Aaage chale…!!

Surya – A guy with lot of friends…a big gang…He is always busy having fun with them…a guy who is very lively, active and fun-loving. Anybody who knows him or just sees him daily assumes that he is the happiest person in the world. Many people do ask him "How can you be so energetic all the time"...But nobody ever tried to figure out what he is exactly. On the whole, he is a happy-go-lucky man for the world.

Sruthi – A girl who gets noticed this way at a first glance…seemed as if everything is at its best and she behaves as if she believes in “life has to happen this way” so strongly….Very dull, moaning all the time, lifeless - all such sort of adjectives describe her. But who knew that she is quite talkative, very funny, too romantic, and killingly beautYful and have a very lovely soul.

All she needed was someone to awaken it.

In spite of many differences, they have one thing in common - strong liking for each other. Soon, their friendship which was confined to an hour’s journey got extended. Surya started inviting her for breakfast with his friends and Sruthi started calling him for tea with her friends. Both started spending more time with each other.

This new friendship brought many changes in both of them especially Sruthi. She started being more lively and happy after his presence in her life. He always made sure that she is enjoying every passing moment. Sruthi’s arrival in life made Surya to consider life in a different perspective (may be the exact point of view, which he always overlooked / compromised). Sruthi understood what she missed till then in life and Surya realized what he exactly wanted in life.

A Walk to Remember..!!

One day, during the return journey to home, Surya started telling Sruthi so many things about his life. The one who is always busy in only listening to what Sruthi is talking (blah blah ;-))) is doing it the other way but that was a serious discussion. Sruthi was amazed to see that angle of Surya.

After getting down from the bus, he walked along with her till her home for the first time. He completely opened up to her about his life. Sruthi felt he trusted her, so much that he shared each and every detail about him and his life. That is the first time she felt her home should have been little far. Both of them couldn’t stop the discussion… both of them don’t want the day to end, both of them wanted that journey to be a bit longer… A walk to remember forever in life…!!

Surya gave Sruthi his diary to read… “Diary” which reflects the inner feelings of a person, which nobody like to share/show to anyone, was given to her… Though it is not polite to read one’s diary, Sruthi couldn’t deny the offer. She felt, he is welcoming her to his life in that way.

After reading about so many beautiful moments and his wonderful thoughts in his own words, everything right from the day they both met, she started appreciating the soul beyond the words. Sruthi’s fondness for Surya turned to admiration from that moment.

Both underwent a couple of unforeseen incidents which transformed their lives completely.  

Turn of the Tide..!!

From the very next day… everything is changed. Sruthi and Surya could feel a sense of belonging for each other.

Surya started giving a lot of surprises for her. He took the privilege of breaking her diet plans by giving a chocolate to her daily though she is lazy enough to execute a plan… For Surya, everything about her is beautiful…including her being lazy ;-)) :P :P

Sruthi has taken utmost care of him such that he could see his mirror image in that aspect. Surya, who doesn’t have a habit of having tea, coffee @office started having it twice (sometimes thrice) a day with Sruthi.

Every day is a new day…with all happYness… euphoria… surprises… fun… bliss…!! Yet they treat each other as best friends (but somewhere deep in heart, it is much more than that ;-)))…!! 

One day, by the time Sruthi reached her desk, after a long break with some other friends, she found her mailbox showing an unread mail from Surya with subject “Patience..!!”. She thought it might be some forwarded mail and opened it. But to her surprise Surya has written a big mail in his own words…she was astonished by the mail which read like this:

It requires so much of..

patience

To look at u when u ah sleeping..

To be with u when u ah happy and sad..

To walk with u when u desire for one..

To listen your voice when u ah speaking..

To take all your words when u spell..

To stand by u when u ah in pain..

To experience elation when u jus laugh..

To regret for lifetime when u bemoan..

To step along with u when u joy..

To walk away from u in distress when u ah with “Someone”..

It’s 6:00 am and the alarm started ringing loudly… Sruthi woke up suddenly from her sound sleep and stopped the alarm. It is her routine – to wake up at 6, get ready by 7, travel an hour and reach office, full day @ office and reach home at night.

The Day “I met You”…!! 

As everyday she started to office and got into bus. Surprisingly, it was so crowded that day. She couldn’t find a window seat empty, so she started to look for a place where she can sit without any disturbance. She spotted a place where a guy is asleep with his bag in next seat. Sruthi thought that would be the correct place to occupy as the guy is already asleep, so no chance for a conversation. She just moved his bag and sat there. The thought that is going on in her mind is:-“the moment he opens his eyes he will find me beside him and  wonders where his bag is”.

After an hour of sound sleep, he opened his eyes and found Sruthi looking at him with a smiling face. He couldn’t react anything except giving her a smile. He looked around and spotted his bag. Since, he didn’t react anything, out of courtesy, Sruthi introduced herself. “Hi, I am Sruthi, I just moved your bag and sat here… since you are sleeping, I couldn’t ask you…Sorry about that” … this is the first time she is taking to him,  though she has been observing him from a long time ;-)) . He replied “Hey that’s ok… anyways… this is Surya… and nice to meet you...!”  Both exchanged smiles…!! 

Day passed and it’s time to leave from office. Sruthi got in to the bus and found Surya. She sat next to him. The girl who is very talkative is not talking anything to the guy whom she has been observing from a long time and found that the guy is also very lively and talkative. Still they both are silent…just “hi…how is the day...!” “Yeah…it’s good…!” Both are busy with their phones.

 

Kahani Shuru…!!!

Days are passing…now it is a routine for Sruthi and Surya to sit with each other in bus. Yet both are silent. One day, Sruthi asked Surya’s mobile number (Since, Surya boards the bus first; he could give her the status about the bus and also could stop the bus if Sruthi is late). They exchanged their numbers. The other day, Surya asked for Sruthi’s e-mail id. She gave it. Soon, they became friends. Smiles, texts, e-mails…!! Still, Surya could figure out Sruthi is silent…not much talkative. But he observed that she texts him very well.

One day, out of curiosity, Surya texts this: 

Surya: Hey Sruthi, I wanna ask you something

Sruthi: Yeah Surya, tell me

Surya: I just wanna know the reason why don’t you talk to me like the way you chat on mobile? You are always silent when you sit next to me… why?

Sruthi: Nothing like that Surya, will talk from tomorrow. You asked a wrong question to a wrong person. You gotta bear the punishment from now onwards... ;-))

Surya laughed at her reply. He is so curious to meet her the next day.

Next day… Sruthi got into bus… She came and sat beside him with a smiling face. Surya found her so blissful. Unlike every day, she started talking the moment she sat.

Hi Surya, Good Morning… how are you?

Surya is just staring at her with a smile without replying. Sruthi found a different charm in his face that day… a glow in his eyes… he was looking very stunning. She diverted herself and started talking, talking and talking…!! She said-

You asked me to talk... right? Now one day, you should tell me to stop… I’ll keep **talking till then... ;-))

**talking: included everything right from school, college, friends, family, novels, movies, songs, TV, likes, dislikes, tastes, food, blah blah blah,,,!!! ;))

Surya liked the way the girl is sharing everything with him. He thought “there is something magical about Sruthi…!” The way she talks, her beautiful face, her expressions, her gestures…everything about her is attracting him. And he started showing lot of care and affection towards her.

Sruthi liked the way she is being treated by Surya, very special attention all the time. So much of care and affection made her feel wonderful about their friendship.

That is the day their story has started. Sruthi started liking him and Surya started admiring her.
